Every Hi-Lift® Jack is engineered for a lifetime of service. That's why we back each jack with our Lifetime Parts Support Warranty - so you can keep lifting with confidence for as long as you own it.

What's Covered? Upon successful registration, Hi-Lift Jack Company ("Hi-Lift") warrants to the original retail purchaser that, for the life of the registered Hi-Lift® Jack, we will supply replacement parts at no charge to remedy any defect in materials or workmanship, or to replace parts broken under normal use. This warranty covers parts only and does not cover labor, shipping, or complete product replacement.

Registration Requirement. This Lifetime Parts Support Warranty applies only to Hi-Lift® Jacks fully registered by the original purchaser within thirty (30) days of purchase. Unregistered jacks remain covered under our standard 12-month limited warranty (see below).

Exclusions. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or accident. Labor costs, shipping charges, or other incidental expenses.

Duration. Valid for the lifetime of the registered Hi-Lift® Jack while owned by the original purchaser. Proof of registration and purchase may be required.

How to Obtain Service. Contact Hi-Lift Customer Service at cs@hi-lift.com with your proof of purchase and warranty registration confirmation to request replacement parts.

Standard 12-Month Limited Warranty (Unregistered Jacks)

Hi-Lift® Jack Company warrants all Hi-Lift® Jacks for 12 months from the date of purchase, only to the original owner, against defective materials and workmanship. Return the jack or parts thereof, transportation prepaid and with proof of purchase, to:

This warranty is void if the jack is modified, used beyond rated capacity, if an extender is used on the handle, or if the jack is abused, misused, not maintained properly, or if non-Hi-Lift® replacement parts are used. This warranty replaces all previous warranties and is the only warranty made by the Hi-Lift® Jack Company on this product.

No other warranties, either verbal or written, are authorized. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.
