Product Returns Policy

At Hi-Lift Jack Company, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. 

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at cs@hi-lift.com within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Please package the item(s) securely and include the RA number on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s). 

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and place a new order for the desired item.
